- Come up with rounds for biweekly set games.
- Edit images/links into provided spreadsheet.
- Must submit 5 rounds per month.
- Post rewards to member's donation thread as long as the donations check out. (Specifics found below.)
- Deck Images: Make sure there are enough images for the deck makers to work with. Drop off images in the "Deck Donation Drop-Off" staff thread.
- If you see fanart in a deck donation and were not informed ahead of time, ask to see proof of approval as per the fanart guidelines - although hopefully they will never be needed.
- Graphics: Make sure that the graphics are properly named. Drop off zip files in the "Graphic Donation Drop-Off" staff thread.
- Inform Cami and Jess of new album applications.
- Inform us when members unlock new cards.
- Inform admins when members have mastered their idol compilation album.
- If something looks like fanart, please double-check to make sure they follow our fanart guidelines.
- One person to run each game because they're both actually super simple.
- A to Z: This is actually the easiest game to run. Use the provided template in the staff forums to start new rounds. Remind people to keep track of how many plays they've made, and post rewards according to number of posts made. The member with the highest count gets extra rewards so if there's a tie for first place...flip a coin to see who gets the extra reward.
- Higher or Lower: Just follow the randomizer instructions. There are no extra perks for getting it right consistently; however, participants who don't guess correctly receive less rewards than those who do in a single round.
- Starting New Rounds: If you want there to be a theme, use the second code in the "New Round" randomizer. If you can't agree on a theme, use the first code which randomly generates a deck for you and automatically puts placeholders for the proper amount of cards.
- Posting Rewards: Reply to each member using the appropriate code from the "Base Rewards" randomizer. If the deck is completed, refresh the code in the "Completed Decks" randomizer for each member that participated.
- Come up with seven (7) tasks for members to complete over the course of the month. (Should be in a sticky thread called "Month Year Task List" - ex: July 2018 Task List.
- Tasks can be repeated after 2 months, but should be unique otherwise.
- Must DM me the agreed upon rewards for each task once finalized so that randomizers can be coded in advance. (Mostly for those crazy people who manage to complete a task the same day that a round starts...)
