In order to conserve space, all the level-up requirements have been written out in our player's manual. This post only contains the forms needed to be used.
LEVELS 1-10
** The new level and old level fields must be filled out. This is to ensure that you receive the proper rewards. You should be redeeming these as you earn the cards to reach that level, but we all forget things.
*** When using boosts and/or idol perks, please make sure you are going off the correct base choice reward when selecting your choice cards.

** The "old card count" will be the card count that you were last rewarded for.
