- All cards must be collected within the month that the round starts.
- Each month will have two new themes. Both themes can be mastered up to five (5) times - with each mini deck for the theme containing 5 cards.
- You DO NOT need to collect cards 01-25. All that matters is that each card within a single mini deck is in numerical order. (In other words a deck containing 01/03/05/10/12 would be valid while a deck containing 12/15/06/09/01 would not!)
- Master badges must be official Japanese artwork that fit the TCG theme as well as the mini mastery theme. Our badges are horizontal so please try to find images that are horizontal as well.

Adding mini masteries to eTCG is actually very simple. This guide will tell you exactly how to do it. Keep in mind, though, that this guide was written using the newer version of eTCG (1.1.x) - but the steps will be fairly similar for the old version.
- Upon logging into your eTCG panel, scroll down and click on the link that says "Spotlight" (or whatever you listed this TCG as). You may also use the drop-down on the right-hand side of your screen.
- You'll be taken to your "Collection" section - which will show you the collapsible categories with your cards contained within. At the moment, this is not needed - but you'll want to keep this section in mind since you'll be needing it later.
- Click on the link that says "View Mastered" which will take you to a page that shows off your mastered decks as clickable badges. From here, click on the button that says "New Mastered". This screen will pop up for your. Fill it out according to below and click on "Create Mastered Deck":
- Deck Name: mm-theme# OR mn-theme#
- Card Worth: 1
- Card Count: 5
- Break Points: 5
- Filler Card Image: (leave alone)
- Pending Card Image: (leave alone)
- Image Format: (leave alone)
- List Cards: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05
- What's next? Click on your newly created mastered deck and upload your master badge! And then you're done - wait, the cards aren't showing up...what do we do now?
- Remember what I said about keeping your "Collection" section in mind? Well, that only applies if you keep your mini mastery cards in separate categories. How so? Method #1 of getting your cards to show up is renaming them in FTP with their new names (mm-theme101, mm-theme102, etc. OR mn-theme101, mn-theme102, etc.) and then using the eTCG auto-upload to re-upload the cards with their proper names before removing the category that they were kept in.
- But what about method #2? Method #2 involves keeping your mini mastery cards in their own pending "trades" until they have been approved and rewarded. Then, once they've been rewarded - you save those cards to your hard drive under their new names (mm-theme101, mm-theme102, etc. OR mn-theme101, mn-theme102, etc.) and upload them through FTP before removing the cards from the trade and deleting the trade altogether.
That's all there is to it...wait, you want to know how to display them separately from the regular masteries too?! For that, I'm just gonna redirect you to
Idolise since I use their mod to display mini masteries on my own trade post. (It has a guide for adding the mods.php include to your func.php file and everything that I'm too dumb to explain on my own.)

If turning in more than one mini mastery, re-copy everything from "Theme" to "Specifications" - or just copy the form below and add it to the bottom of what you've already filled in for each additional mini mastery (we try to be timely, but we do have stuff to do that takes time away from Spotlight so always feel free to edit your original post if nobody has replied).
