The following characters are allowed to have their own character-decks:
- Chiyomatsu Bantaro
- Mayuzumi Asuma
- Mayuzumi Shizuma
- Okumura Kaede
- Senoo Tasuku
- Suwa Reiji
- Be My Steady (series ED sequence)
- You're My Courage (episode 11 ending track)
- At least half, if not all, of the characters must be included in the list of allowed character decks.
