If you've purchased the "+1 Choice w/Level-Up" (regular) and/or "Double Level-Up Rewards" (limited edition) TCG boosts, you may claim your additional rewards here.

If you've already reached level 10 (Legendary), please claim your additional reward here instead.

To ensure that the form works, please be sure to remove the asterisks (*) from the code. Remove whichever boost you are not using if you are not stacking them. If you ARE stacking, please double the normal amount of choice cards before adding your additional choice card to get the total amount - then subtract the amount that you received on-site, and that is the amount that should be listed.

• Tier 1 (Level 2-5): 1-3 choice cards
• Tier 2 (Level 6-9): 1-4 choice cards

The "+1 Choice" Idol Perk cannot be stacked on top of the "+1 Choice" TCG Boost. If you had a boost prior to unlocking the idol perk, you may either use up the remaining uses of it OR turn it in for prestige or points.

This is NOT self-serve. A staff member will verify your levels and proofs before sending the additional rewards to your profile. You will also be responded to in this thread with the choice cards that you've selected.
