Cami (yeah, just me) personally makes all the achievement plaques.
Previously, I had a copy of the plaque template stored on-site for the other admin to help make them, but this resulted in several graphic templates being stolen.
To prevent this, I decided that each member would just get their own customized achievement template. Therefore, "special requests" in achievement threads refer to crops alone.
